Questions, answered

Can I send reports to my bookkeeper?

Yes. Export the transactions report to a spreadsheet (CSV), or print the monthly statement or save it as a PDF.

Do the reports include in-store sales?

No. They cover the orders placed through your online store.

Who can see the reports?

Owners and managers can see the money reports. Staff only see what their role allows.

Where do the numbers for the monthly statement come from?

From your orders. Add your GST number in Store Settings and it appears on the statement. It's a summary for your bookkeeping, so check it with your accountant.

Does it cost extra?

Reports and the weekly summary email come with every plan. See Pricing for details on each plan.
