The Transactions report shows the money from your online orders for any period. It helps you see where every dollar goes and gives your bookkeeper what they need.
Steps
- Go to Reports, then Transactions.
- Choose a period: today, the last seven or thirty days, this month, last month, or your own dates.
- At the top, read how many orders you had, your sales before tax and fees, and any refunds.
- Find Projected payout. This is what should reach your bank. Tap How is this calculated to see the formula.
- Open Fees, tax & other details. It shows the tax you collected, delivery fees and tips, our flat fee per order, Stripe's card fee, and the courier cost.
- If you have more than one location, see each store's share.
- Scroll down for every order, with its status and whether it has been paid out.
- Press Export CSV to download a spreadsheet.
