Campaigns let you send emails, texts and push messages to your customers, like a weekend sale or a new product. You write them and you press Send. Nothing goes out unless you send it.
Steps
- Go to Marketing, then Campaigns.
- Press New Campaign. Give it a name and pick a goal: a promotion, a newsletter or an event.
- Choose how to reach people: email, text, push, or more than one.
- Write your message. Add the customer's name and your store's name, and feature products if you like.
- Choose who gets it: everyone who agreed to hear from you, or a customer group, like your loyal customers.
- Press Send Test Messages to see what customers will get.
- Send it now, or schedule it for later. Until you send it, it stays saved as a draft.
Let us prepare drafts for you
- Go to Suggestions in the Settings section.
- Switch on Campaign Suggestions, choose the types you want, and press Save Changes.
- We look at your sales and customers and prepare drafts, like winning back customers you have not seen in a while.
- Open Campaigns, review a draft, and send it only if you are happy with it.
Good to know
- Suggestions never sends anything. Every draft waits for you to review it and press Send.
- Suggestions is an add-on. See Pricing for what each plan includes.
- Email offers follow Canada's anti-spam law. Messages go only to customers who agreed or bought recently, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Your plan includes a monthly sending allowance, shown at the top of the Campaigns page.
- For discount codes to put in a campaign, see create a promo code.
