How to use your own web address

Instead of ordering at the address we give you, customers can order at your own web address. It looks more professional and is easier to remember.

Before you start

You need a domain you already own, bought from a domain provider. You will need to sign in there to change its DNS settings.

Open Settings, then Store Settings, and find the Storefront & domain section. You can also use the domain card on Launch your store.
Type the web address you want to use.
Press Connect domain.
The page shows you one record to add. Copy it exactly as shown.
Sign in where you bought your domain and open its DNS settings.
Add the record, then save.
Come back to the portal. We check the record for you, set up the secure connection and email you when your address is live.

Tips for the common domain providers are shown on the page.
DNS changes usually take a few minutes, but can take longer with some providers.
Your store keeps working at its usual address the whole time, so customers are never cut off while you set this up.
Only add the record shown on your screen. Do not change your other DNS records.
The button changes to Change domain once an address is connected.
